By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following terms.

Please make sure you read everything carefully, failure to do so will result in your commission being denied. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me

RIGHTS & CONDITIONS

• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor only. I own copyrights over my work, which includes but does not not limit to the right to use the image as a sample for self-promotion, distribute or reproduce the image unless agreed upon during the commission process

• I reserve the right to deny your commission proposal without question

• I reserve the right to modify or sell any unused sketches at a later date

• You have the right to request your commission to not be posted publicly without question

• The client only has the right to use the commissioned artwork unless agreed upon otherwise

• The client retains right to re-publish the artwork given in a non-profit manner

• The client retains all rights to the characters of their own creation within the commissioned work

• The client retains the right to alter the work (ex: cropping, adding text or filters)

• The client must ask for permission before other artists alter the artwork

• If the client wishes to sell the artwork or sell reproductions of the artwork, it must be discussed with me first

PAYMENT

• Accepted currencies are USD and EUR

• Crypto currencies are not accepted as payment

• All payments should be made through PayPal

• 50% of the total payment is required upfront and the remainder of the payment must be sent upon completion
• If you are unable to pay the remainder of the amount, payment plans can be discussed

• Base commissions prices may differ depending on the complexity of the piece

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

• Refunds will not be issued if the sketch has been approved.

• Refunds will not be issued if the commission has been completed

• If the commission is cancelled during the completion process, a partial refund will be sent depending on the current progress

• In the event of a client or me cancelling the commission before I start, a full refund will be issued

ART PROCESS

• Please be clear and precise when describing the artwork you want. References are preferred, but not required

• Once details are sorted, I will send you the invoice via email or by link-sharing if preferred

• After half of the payment has been sent out, I will start to draw sketches which will be sent out for approval
• When the sketches are approved, I will start inking, coloring and shading the artwork

• Once the artwork is completed I will send a heavily watermarked version of the commissioned work for approval. If all is fine, I will request the remainder of the payment

• After the payment is completed, the HD final version of the commissioned work will be sent via email

DEADLINES

• An approximate date of completion will be made at the same time as the quote. In the event of an unexpected event, the commission may be completed at an earlier or later date than expected. I will inform you if such event occurs

• If the client wishes to set a deadline, it must be discussed before any payment or progress is made

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission with a deadline if I cannot reasonably accommodate

WIPs & REVISIONS

• WIPs will be sent out during the art process if asked. If not, only the sketch and final version will be presented

• Revisions cannot be made once the artwork is completed

• Limit of 2 major and 5 minor free revisions per commission until additional fees are added to the total payment

• Major revisions can only be made during the sketching process. If a major revisions is requested past the sketching stage, full price will be charged and a new invoice will be sent out. (ex: After one set of badge designs completed, the client is unhappy with the result and request to make a whole new design)

• Minor revisions can be made throughout the commission process up until it is completed

LIMITATIONS

• I will not draw the following:

- NSFW *

- Hateful content, art aimed to harm people

- Extreme gore

- Fetish art

- Controversial subjects **
